My Journey
I’m a mom to three amazing and uniquely designed children. When I began my parenting journey, I had an idea of what I thought it would be like—the joys and the sorrows, the ups and downs. I wanted to do everything “right” and raise kids who were connected, kind, and respectful. I put tremendous pressure on myself to be the perfect parent, only to realize that the perfect parent doesn’t exist—but a growing, grace-filled one does.
With each child, I’ve encountered new challenges—from emotional needs to behavioral struggles—and each one has reminded me that God has created every child with a unique purpose, personality, and way of connecting with the world.
My journey took a deeper turn when my youngest was diagnosed with autism. I suddenly found myself navigating intense behaviors, therapy sessions, doctor visits, and the complex world of IEPs and the public school system. It was a season that stretched my faith and my understanding of what it means to truly see and support a child as God made them.
Through these experiences, I’ve learned practical tools and faith-based strategies that have transformed the atmosphere of our home. God has used the hardest moments to teach me about connection, grace, and the power of parenting from a place of peace rather than perfection.
Most recently, I have received parent coaching myself and completed a certification program so I can walk alongside other parents—helping them find hope, direction, and encouragement as they navigate their own unique journeys. My passion is to equip parents to build homes where connection thrives and God’s peace reigns, even in the midst of life’s challenges.

About Me
I grew up in beautiful Washington State and have spent most of my adult life soaking up the sunshine in Southern California. Recently, my family and I made the move to California’s East Bay, and we’re enjoying this new season of life and community. I’ve been married to my husband for 18 years, and together we have three amazing kids—ages 14, 12, and 10—who keep life full of laughter, learning, and growth. Outside of parenting and coaching, I love spending time with friends and family, watching a good TV show, working out, and enjoying delicious food. I’m an extrovert at heart and find so much joy in being around people, though as I’ve gotten older, I’ve learned to truly appreciate quiet moments and the gift of rest. Life continues to be an adventure filled with connection, faith, and growth, and I’m grateful for every bit of it.
