Parent Coaching Program
My parent coaching program offers five 75-minute sessions designed to bring calm, connection, and confidence back into your parenting. Rooted in faith, grace, and the Connected Families framework, this process helps you look beneath the surface and discover practical, research-based strategies that fit your unique family. Together, we’ll walk through a proven framework—adapted specifically for your home—to help you parent with peace and purpose. You’ll also receive a printable workbook that includes materials for all sessions, complete with exercises and practical tools to help you reflect, record insights, and take meaningful action as you make small, lasting changes that transform your family’s atmosphere.
Disability Navigation and Advocacy
Navigating disability services can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to figure out what support is available, what your child may qualify for, and what to do next. I come alongside families to help make sense of complex systems, identify resources and services, prepare for meetings, and create a clear plan forward. Support may include Regional Center services, IPPs, Self-Determination, IHSS, respite and behavioral supports, benefits, community resources, and other disability-related services. Whether you’re just getting started or feeling stuck in the process, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Special Education Support and Advocacy
$125/hour
When your child is struggling at school, it can be difficult to know what to ask for or whether their current supports are meeting their needs. I help families understand and navigate the special education process so they can feel informed, prepared, and confident advocating for their child. Support may include reviewing IEPs and evaluations, preparing for and attending meetings, understanding goals, services, accommodations and behavior supports, communicating with the school team, and identifying questions or next steps. My goal is to help you become an informed and effective member of your child’s educational team while keeping their individual needs at the center.
